We are thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you with your Website SEO + Maps Optimization + Website Development project. Below is the scope of work as discussed. Kindly agree to the following terms before we commence:

Upon Signatures:
You will receive a call for onboarding, details verification, and implementation.
For any Add-Ons, an accounts manager will be assigned to your project.
All payments are non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions:
I understand that this is a 12-month Payment.
In the event I want to cancel my services, I will be providing Visibee Tech LLC a 30-day prior notice of cancellation.

I also want to inform you that you have 3 days from today to review the work order and cancel the project without any penalty. If you choose to cancel the project after the 3 days, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied based on the total project cost. After 10 days, no money will be refunded if you cancel.

Agreement Details:
This agreement is made between Visibee Tech LLC and Teddy Pendergrass Capital on September 29, 2025. I understand that I am purchasing the following:
