We are thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you with your Website Development + Website SEO + Google Maps Optimization project. Below the scope of work as discussed. Kindly agree to the following terms before we commence:
Upon Signatures:
You will receive a call for onboarding, details verification, and implementation.
For any Add-Ons, an accounts manager will be assigned to your project.
All payments are non-Refundable.
Terms and Conditions:
I understand that website development is a one-time payment and marketing payments are monthly.
In the event I want to cancel my services I will be providing Visibee Tech LLC a 30 days prior notice of cancellation.
I also want to inform you that you have a 3-day period from today to review the work order and cancel the project without any penalty. If you choose to cancel the project after the 3-day period, there will be a 50% cancellation fee based on the total project cost. After 10 days, no money will be refunded if you cancel.
Agreement Details:
This agreement is made between Visibee Tech LLC and Billy Kinberg on November 03, 2025. I understand that I am purchasing the following:
Project Start Date: The project is scheduled to begin on November 03, 2025
Project Completion Date: Until Client Sent Email Notice to Stop Subscription.

Marketing Budget: $250/Month (We will start Marketing Free-Trial once the Client's Website is live on the Domain)
The first $250 payment will be invoiced on the 30th day following website delivery, and thereafter on the same day of each subsequent month.
Website Development: $500 (one-time payment).
Split Payment for Website Development: 250 upfront as an initial deposit and 250 after the delivery of the website via email.
