Upon Signatures:
You will receive a call for onboarding, details verification, and implementation.
For any Add-Ons, an accounts manager will be assigned to your project.
All payments are non-Refundable.
Terms and Conditions:
I understand that this is a 1 year payment for Marketing, One-Time Payment for the Website, and Three years payment for the Hosting from godaddy.
I also want to inform you that you have 3 days from today to review the work order and cancel the project without any penalty. If you choose to cancel the project after the 3 days, there will be a 50% cancellation fee based on the total project cost.
Agreement Details:
This agreement is made between Visibee Tech LLC and Chad The Mortgage Man on 2026-06-15. I understand that I am purchasing the following:

If Chad decides to stop working with us for marketing services, he will still retain full ownership of the website for life, and his hosting will remain active and fully paid for the next three years.
