We are thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you with your Social Media Marketing + Paid Ads
project. Below the scope of work as discussed. Kindly agree to the following terms before we commence:

Upon Signatures:
You will receive a call for onboarding, details verification, and implementation.
For any Add-Ons, an accounts manager will be assigned to your project.
All Payments are Non-Refundable.

Terms and Conditions:
I understand that this is a monthly payment.
In the event I want to cancel my services I will be providing Visibee Tech LLC a notice of cancellation.

I also want to inform you that you have a 3-day period from today to review the work order and cancel the project without any penalty. If you choose to cancel the project after the 3-day period, there will be a 50% cancellation fee based on the total project cost

Project Start Date: The project is scheduled to begin on 2025-01-02.
Project Completion Date: Until Client Request to Stop.

Agreement Details:
This agreement is made between Visibee Tech LLC and Mortgages Made Easier on 2025-01-02. I Alex understand that I am purchasing the following:

Social Media Marketing + Paid Meta Ads

The Services include:

Social Media Marketing

15 Pictures Postings
04 Videos Creations
Monthly Reporting
Paid Meta Ads (Client will Cover the Cost from their Ad)
Targeted Audience Engagements
Budget: $250/month.
