We are thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you with your Website Development + Website SEO + Google Maps Optimization + SMM + Hosting & Domain project. Below the scope of work as discussed. Kindly agree to the following terms before we commence:
Upon Signatures:
You will receive a call for onboarding, details verification, and implementation.
For any Add-Ons, an accounts manager will be assigned to your project.
All payments are non-Refundable.
Terms and Conditions:
I understand that marketing is a one-time payment for one-year. And Hosting is a third-party purchase.
In the event I want to cancel my services, I will be providing Visibee Tech LLC with 30 days' prior notice of cancellation.
I also want to inform you that you have a 3-day period from today to review the work order and cancel the project without any penalty. If you choose to cancel the project after the 3-day period, there will be a 50% cancellation fee based on the total project cost.
For Hosting: After Signatures, the Client understands and agrees that Visibee Tech LLC may purchase, activate, or maintain certain third-party services, including hosting services, domain services, software, or other technology services, on the Client's behalf to obtain discounted pricing, promotional pricing, or other available savings.
Once third-party services have been purchased, activated, or committed to on the Client's behalf, the Client may not cancel, dispute, or seek a refund of the payment solely because Visibee Tech LLC used the payment to purchase or arrange third-party services, subject to applicable law and the terms of this agreement.
